- Image: 1200×630px (1.91:1 ratio), under 8MB
- Title: 60-90 characters
- Description: 150-160 characters
- Format: JPG, PNG, WebP, or GIF
Required Meta Tags
Facebook requires these four Open Graph tags for proper link previews:

8 MB
Keep under 1MB for speed

Image URL Requirements
- • Use absolute HTTPS URLs (not relative paths)
- • Image must be publicly accessible (no login required)
- • Keep important content away from edges (may be cropped)
Testing & Debugging
Use Facebook's official Sharing Debugger to:
- Preview how your link will appear
- Identify missing or invalid tags
- Clear cached previews (click "Scrape Again")
Common Issues
"Could not retrieve data"→ URL is not publicly accessible
"Image too small"→ Image must be at least 200×200px
"Missing properties"→ Add og:title, og:image, og:url
